Project Land is a real estate investment company that is dedicated to acquiring and developing properties that align with our mission of providing high-quality primary housing in metropolitan areas of South Florida. We collaborate closely with investors and local communities, to create developments that are value-oriented, well-maintained, and offer superior living options for families. Our vertically integrated approach allows us to effectively manage the entire process of property development from acquisition to operation, ensuring that our properties meet the highest standards of quality and design. Our primary focus is to provide families with well-maintained and superior living options offering outstanding design along with an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Prior to founding Project Land, CEO Federico Zapata was a Real Estate Development Manager working with highly respected and prized real estate firms in Florida and California, focusing primarily on projects throughout the southeast of the United States. During the course of his real estate career, Federico has been responsible for acquisitions, pre-development, programming, planning, design, and construction of real estate assets with an aggregate value of over $1Bn.

Before his real estate career, Federico worked as a Project Architect for Arquitectonica, an internationally known architecture firm based in Miami. He attended FIU to earn a BA and Master’s Degree in Architecture with an emphasis on Business. He also earned a Professional Certificate Program in Real Estate Finance and Development from MIT.

Antoniazzi Architecture was founded by Giorgio G. Antoniazzi, AIA in 2016. We are a full service architecture and interior design firm located in Downtown Miami, FL. Our firm is committed to sustainable building methods, inspired by time-tested lessons of vernacular architecture and acute attention to the urban condition. The result of this commitment is design that is tailored to meet the unique needs of each client and site. Our role is to create contemporary architecture inspired by classical order - simple forms, and each distinct site condition. The firm is recognized for its locally inspired design, & recently won Preservation Award for Compatible New construction from the City of Lake Worth.

Giorgio G. Antoniazzi earned his Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Miami, where he focused in urban design. Giorgio is a registered Architect in the state of Florida, and has served as project architect for many diverse and noteworthy projects throughout South Florida. His broad range of experience includes large and medium scale mixed-use development, office, retail, historic preservation, as well as custom residences
